Supporting Your Child’s Health at Home

Reducing dust, mold, and pet dander can lower the risk of allergic reactions, especially in children with asthma or respiratory allergies.

Simple hand hygiene helps prevent infections and keeps children healthier, especially during school months.

Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and home-cooked meals support growth and strengthen immunity.

Vaccinations protect children from serious illnesses and reduce the risk of complications.
